2026 Number Reservations, Entries and Content

NUMBER RESERVATIONS AND ENTRIES
The 2026 system will open for number reservations for the support classes (except BMW F 900 R Cup) at 1pm on Monday 15th December through to 5pm on Wednesday 21st January at https://www.bsbteams.com/

The accompanying number registration fee is £400 per entry (non-refundable), which is also part payment of the first installment or full entry fee when due.   

BMW F 900 R Cup registration and number reservations opened on 1 November 25 and remains open.

R&G Moto4 British Cup
A maximum of 36 riders will be accepted for registration into the R&G Moto4 Talent Cup. A number reservation does not guarantee entry. All applications will be considered by the BTC Commission (Dorna & MSVR) at the end of the number reservation period. New riders to this Championship MUST follow up their number reservation by emailing a full racing CV to [email protected] by Friday 16th January. Should any applications not be accepted the number reservation fee will be returned in full.

To ensure fairness MSVR operate a first come first served policy on support class race numbers.  Number reservations are for riders that are contesting the whole championship, not for wildcard entries. If your chosen number has already been reserved by someone else, this will be indicated and you will need to choose another number.  Your chosen number will only become secure and reserved for you when the reservation has been submitted and fee paid.

The top 10 finishers in the 2025 championships have an automatic entitlement to the number that represents their finishing position.  Only once they choose to decline it or reserve an alternative number will that number become available to be allocated the discretion of MSVR.  Any rider wishing to use a top 10 number who did not finish in the equivalent 2025 championship position should first complete their number reservation with their second choice number and request in writing by email their primary choice (1-10). Again the final discretion will rest with MSVR.

Only numbers 1-99 will be available for each class (3 digit numbers are not permitted)

The full entries system will then open on Thursday 22nd January.   If you do not reserve a race number in the number reservation period of 15 December – 21 January, your number and place on the grid cannot be confirmed until you have fully submitted the entry and paid the first installment of the entry fee. 

When submitting an entry all information including working personnel and vehicle pass details must be included as you cannot regain access to the entry once submitted.  Electronic photographs of the rider(s) and working personnel must be uploaded to the 2026 entry before submission.  Please ensure that only portrait photographs are uploaded,
 
The closing date for Season entries is Friday 20th March 2026.
Wildcard entries will close TEN DAYS prior to the first day of the event in question.

2026 Registered Team (per rider) entry fees:

*British Supersport Cup entry confines the team/rider to eight nominated points scoring events (excl Assen).

**BTC Wildcard entries must by approved by the BTC Commission (Dorna/MSVR). 

Pirelli International Sportbike Trophy – Donington Park -  10.11.12 July 2026
This will be a stand alone non championship event supporting the UK round of the FIM World Superbike Championship at Donington Park on 10.11.12 July. Open to British and European teams.  The provisional event schedule will comprise 1 x FP + 1 x QP + 4 x 10 laps races counting towards an overall result/awards.  The entry fee for this event will be £400 per rider and a registration link will be published and opened in the new year.

Withdrawal from an event/Championship
Withdrawal from an event MUST be made in writing by email to [email protected] giving reason, and in advance of the start of the event, defined as by 17.00 hrs on the Tuesday prior to a regular event weekend (17.00 Wednesday for an event held over a bank holiday weekend). Only the registered entrant can make the withdrawal. Any refund will be at the discretion of MSVR but if official withdrawal is not made in advance of the event no refund will be considered.
When a rider/team withdraws from a championship during the season all personnel and vehicle passes MUST be returned to the MSVR BSB Sporting Offices within ten days of withdrawal from the championship.  All passes remain the property of MSVR at all times.  Any refund will be at the sole discretion of MSVR.

ACU Licence Renewal
On the ACU Sport80 platform go to ‘Club Membership’ then select MotorSport Vision Racing (MSVR) as the club which will generate an email to us to approve your membership.  As we do not charge for membership, approval will only be given for riders registering for one of our championships.
